At Anka’s Atelier, operated by Askan Global Commerce Konfeksiyon Ltd. Şti., all products are handcrafted with care. Because our items are made to order, we accept returns under the following conditions.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges within 10 days of delivery. Exchange processing may vary due to handcrafted production.
