All Anka’s Atelier products are handcrafted in Gaziantep, Turkey and shipped worldwide.
Processing Time
- Standard items: 3–5 business days
- Custom orders: 5–10 business days
Shipping Regions & Delivery Times
DDP (Duties and Taxes Paid Upfront)
Customers in the following regions pay all duties and taxes at checkout.
No additional charges upon delivery.
Free Shipping + DDP Regions
- European Union
- United Kingdom
- United States
- Canada
- Gulf Countries (United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia)
Paid Shipping + DDP Regions
- Australia
- Japan
- South Korea
Delivery time for all DDP regions: 5–7 business days (Australia, Japan, South Korea may take 10–12 business days depending on carrier operations).
All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated at checkout. Customers will not pay anything upon delivery.
DAP Regions (Delivered At Place)
Countries not listed under DDP operate under DAP.
Customers may be responsible for VAT, duties, or handling fees upon delivery.
Shipping rates vary by destination.
Examples: China, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Latin America, Africa, and other non-DDP locations.
Domestic Shipping (Turkey)
Orders shipped within Turkey follow local regulations and include applicable VAT.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We assist with courier investigations, but we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.
